The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on indexed manual content.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: All responses provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational reference purposes only. Responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The Service does not replace official manufacturer documentation, professional marine service advice, or the judgment of qualified marine technicians.

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
You must independently verify all safety-critical information, including but not limited to torque specifications, fluid capacities, electrical ratings, pressure values, and maintenance procedures
You will consult your official physical manual or an authorized service dealer before performing any work that could affect vessel safety, engine operation, or structural integrity
The Service is a search and reference tool, not a substitute for professional marine advice
Gia Marine does not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated response

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to marine vessel operation and maintenance
Not attempt to extract, download, scrape, or systematically copy manual content from the Service
Not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or circumvent any access controls or security measures
Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
Not use the Service to develop competing products or services

5. Intellectual Property

All manual content displayed through the Service is the intellectual property of its respective manufacturer/publisher and is used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any manual content accessed through the Service. The AI technology, platform, and user interface are the property of Gia Marine Intelligence LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIA MARINE INTELLIGENCE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, VESSEL DAMAGE, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE.

You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gia Marine Intelligence LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your reliance on any AI-generated content; (iii) any work performed based on information obtained through the Service; or (iv) your violation of these Terms.

8. User Accounts and Access

Access to the Service requires an authenticated account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Data and Privacy

We collect and store:

Query logs (questions asked, for service improvement)
Usage analytics (aggregated, non-personal)

We do not:

Sell your personal information to third parties
Use your queries to train third-party AI models
Share individual query data with other users or organizations

10. Manufacturer Content

Manual content is provided under license from respective manufacturers. Content availability may change at any time if a manufacturer revokes or modifies their license. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the underlying manual content itself. Report any suspected errors to your manufacturer or authorized dealer.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

12. Modifications to Terms

13. Termination
